Artishia provides coaching and training to early childhood stakeholders to advance equitable outcomes for children and families.

For over two decades, Artishia has partnered with change agents to strengthen early childhood systems across Illinois. She facilitated a robust early childhood collaboration and leveraged community resources to foster the well-being and economic growth of families through a two-generation initiative. She also was a preschool and elementary school teacher.

Fun fact about Artishia: She was a licensed cosmetologist before her career in education.
