Deadline Approaching! 2025 PPA Conference – Request for Workshop Proposals

CS3 invites Request for Proposals (RPFs) for workshop presenters for the annual Partner Plan Act (PPA) conference.This year’s application focuses on a high-level overview of the workshop. 

The PPA conference brings together early childhood leaders, school districts, program staff, and others to learn, network, and deepen their community systems knowledge and skills. Workshop topics from previous years include effective strategies for supporting priority populations, essential mindsets and practices for leading community systems development, coordinated intake systems, family engagement, and much more. A core theme and value of PPA conferences is equity, which is embedded throughout the conference design and experience. 

A total of six proposals will be selected (two entry-level, two intermediate-level, and two advanced-level) and each presentation being 90 minutes long(75 minutesforpresentation with 15 minutesforbreaks). Selected presentations will receive a $150 honorarium.  

Be sure to read all instructions in the RFP including detailed information on the timeline, process, requirements, etc.

    • Enable participants to apply influence, persuasion, and problem-solving techniques in collaborative team environments, fostering effective team dynamics and achieving shared goals.
  • Support participants to resolve conflicts and continuously grow as leaders: 
  • Teach participants advanced strategies for conflict resolution within teams and guide them in creating personalized leadership development plans to ensure continuous growth and effectiveness as leaders.

Community Systems Development Foundational Training 101   

The CS3 team is excited to offer another session of our popular CSD Foundational Training 101! This training is beneficial for those new to community systems development and early childhood collaborations in laying foundational understanding of community systems development work, as well as for existing collaborations in strengthening core concepts.     

Training Objectives:  

  • Understand the importance of racial equity in early childhood systems   
  • Learn the value of a community-systems-based approach   
  • Understand the role of early childhood community collaborations in affecting equitable change     

This training will be facilitated by Artishia Hunter.

The CS3 team is continuing to offer support in partnership with American Color Labs for printing services. If your local early childhood collaboration has marketing materials that you’d like to print, please complete this Request for Support form.

Printing support can include flyers, annual reports, marketing collateral, stickers, banners, posters, and more. Please reach out to the CS3 team if you have questions about this support.
